We ship thoughtfully and securely from Australia, with care taken at every stage to ensure your SENA Jewels pieces arrive safely.

Below you’ll find information on processing times, delivery estimates, and international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During sales, busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping Within Australia

All SENA pieces are carefully prepared and packaged from our studio in Australia.

  • Standard shipping: $12 AUD
  • Express shipping: $16 AUD
  • Complimentary shipping on orders over $250

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using tracked international delivery services.

Flat rate international shipping: $30 AUD

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • New Zealand: 5–8 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–15 business days

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion or foreign exchange fee.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking is provided for most shipments once dispatched.
  • Delivery is considered complete once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

While we take care to ensure your order is packed securely, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Parcels marked as delivered but not received
  • Loss or damage occurring after delivery

If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.

Shipping to Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit. Where possible, we use minimal and considered packaging to reduce environmental impact.
