Thoughtfully delivered and beautifully presented, it allows the recipient to explore the collection and select the piece that feels most like their own.

Sending Your Gift

After purchasing your gift card, you may choose the date it will be delivered.

On that day, the recipient will receive an email containing their digital gift card along with a unique redemption code. You may also include a personal message to accompany the gift.

If you would prefer to present the gift in person, you can select Download & Print and share it whenever the moment feels right.

Redeeming a SENA Gift Card

SENA Gift Cards can be redeemed online across the entire collection.

At checkout, simply enter the unique gift card code and the value will be applied to the order.

If the selected piece exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be paid using any of our standard payment methods.

If the purchase total is less than the value of the card, the remaining balance will remain available for future use.

Validity

SENA Gift Cards remain valid for three years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law.

The balance may be used across multiple orders until the full value has been redeemed.

A Note

Gift cards are delivered digitally unless Download & Print is selected.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a gift card email is lost or accidentally deleted, we can always help resend it.
