We understand that jewellery is worn, lived in, and loved — and sometimes, despite the greatest care, accidents happen. Where possible, we are happy to assist with repairs to help extend the life of your SENA Jewels pieces.
Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on the nature of the damage, the materials used, and the availability of suitable findings.
Repair Eligibility
- We only repair genuine SENA Jewels pieces.
- Repairs are offered at our discretion, particularly for items outside of warranty.
- Not all pieces can be repaired. In some cases, we may recommend an alternative solution if a repair is not feasible.
All repair requests must be approved before items are sent to us.
How to Request a Repair
Submit a repair request via our Contact Form, including:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
- Your original order number (if available)
Once received, we will review your request and advise:
- Whether the repair can be undertaken
- The estimated repair fee
- Instructions for safely returning the item to us
Please do not send jewellery back without prior approval.
Repair Fees (Guide Only)
The following fees apply to standard repairs and are indicative only. Final pricing will be confirmed once the item has been assessed.
- Strung Beaded Necklaces: from $20
- Hand Knotted Necklaces : from $35
- Bracelets: from $15
More complex repairs, missing components, or extensive damage may incur additional costs.
Important Notes
- Repair fees do not include return shipping, which will be quoted separately.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit to us. We recommend using tracked shipping.
- Turnaround times vary depending on the nature of the repair and current workload. We will provide an estimated timeframe once your repair is approved.
A Thoughtful Approach
Jewellery naturally shows signs of wear over time — this is part of its story. Our repair service is offered as a way to thoughtfully extend the life of your pieces where possible, rather than replace them.
